Keynote did a really nice job. I needed my walls and floors redone because of mold and possible asbestos. All precautions were taken very seriously and I didn't feel like I was about to get sick by coming back into my house. If you need a detailed job, I would recommend keynote. I also feel like he was very forthcoming and took accountability if there were any misunderstandings. In a project space there is bound to be misalignment but working through them with integrity accountability is what really makes the project a success. I call this a success, and I'm glad to say that we have a good honest contractor to call on if I need a job done.

Kenyon was professional, efficient and detailed oriented. He kept me informed about everything that he was doing. They started removing the floor from 3 rooms Monday, began painting 4 rooms and foyer Wednesday, and finished the entire job Saturday. Kenyon and his team were very nice and didn't stop until the job was done. I am very please and will use him for additional home improvements.

I own a commercial retail plaza in the Stone Mountain area. I recently entrusted PH Improvement with all of my painting needs to facelift my center, which included a full cleaning/painting of the exterior walls, flashing, downspouts, conduits, safety poles, fire escape, fencing, and awnings, in addition to surface cleaning concrete and cleaning the storefront windows. Ken and his staff are all very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to details, and competitively priced. I will, without hesitation, return to PH Improvement for my upcoming painting needs.

This one star is not on the finished painting job. The finished work was good; however, this one-star rating is on business practice and customer service. The issues I experiences was surrounded around the following
1. Communication consistently with customer
2. Respect customer time
3. Follow through on completion of job
My interior painting started on June 12th and 100% of the house was painted. June 13th set for any touch-ups, putting back TVs on wall, putting on wall/socket coverings and attaching the stair handle rail. However, no one showed or communicated even after I sent a text no response. The next time someone showed up was on June 17th, however, the painting touch-ups were not completed. I was told he would return the next day..... No show and the constant text began. Finally, so one showed up on the 21st and all the minor things were completed. However, in the midst of all this the company trailer was stored in my driveway which I communicated several times to move it. I got several promises and excuses. It was finally removed on June 24th. This was so inconvenient to me because I had other projects planned but need that space. At the end of the day, I felt my time/planning was not concerned as important to his schedule. Would I recommend this company ..... No customer service, professionalism and company practices are essential.

I contacted this business for an estimate on our deck. At first Kenyon Prezzy seemed eager to discuss the job and we made an appointment for later that week. However, the morning of our appointment he called and cancelled. He sent me a text apologizing and offered a 15 % discount off the price of the project. I accepted and after a week of travel, I contacted him to reschedule. We agreed on a date and time, but then he called me asking what I considered to be unusual questions about the project, questions about things we had already discussed. I got the sense that he didn't really want to come out for an estimate, but he agreed to come out and set a date and time. On the day of the scheduled meeting he did not show, text or call. It is my opinion as a consumer that his non-responsiveness is very unprofessional. I will not consider this contractor for any future projects nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

Ken and his crew did an amazing job on all the repairs on my deck. They came out to do repairs and stain my deck. Their pricing was very affordable and the quality of his work was exceptional . I highly recommended this company for all your home repair and painting needs 5star * company!
