I'm not used to seeing a fast food restaurant and mini grocery store combined, so that was interesting and cool. Unfortunately, the burger and fries were very bland and dry. The chocolate shake wasn't bad, but not spectacular either. In all honesty, I wouldn't go back because it just didn't satisfy my tastes.

Love this braums, employees are typically extremely helpful and friendly. There's an employee named Missy who really puts in effort to remember peoples names. There is an employee with cheek piercings who is rather rude, and has put in very little customer service effort, but as a whole this establishment is great.

Normally the food is great. This latest time going. Our order was incorrect. No big deal, except the worker that was cooking/ prepping the food was very rude, demeaning, and she wanted to argue about it when the order was very clearly wrong and was a simple mistake. The 2nd sandwich that we recieved to be the correct order was cool- not hot at all, and needed to be tossed in the microwave to be hot enough to eat.
The window worker however was amazing, friendly, and tried to be super helpful. He did his job quite well.

They've had staffing issues over the last 2 years, but the only ones I know who can, in a blackout, work without the computer system and still do hand entry on their receipt.

Nice newer establishment usually very clean and super friendly staff! There is a guy that works there I believe his name was Austin, just from my last few visits this young man goes above and beyond for his customers and follow workers! I would give this man a huge raise! Best of luck to you and keep up the excellent work! This is probably one of the best places to go eat in Independence!

Food is always good at Braum's. We have relatives in Kansas, and it's one of our favorite stops every time we go. Chocolate shakes are the bomb, even in the winter!
