Best meats!!! Best processors ever! We were blessed to be there for the second time on Kill Day and were treated to fresh beef sweet breads from the owners, Jason and Jeremy! What a treat, I never want another chicken nugget but these are beef! We asked about the amazing smell and were treated to freshly cooked pork sausage samples! Outstanding! so we bought the frozen ones for our next BBQ!
The Italian sausage is perfectly seasoned! All the prices are fair and even better you know exactly what kind of great meat you are feeding your family and you can feel good about it!!
Walking in Matt greets you with a big smile and he mentioned he had just made the Jalepeno Mustard this morning. Sold! I bought the regular yellow Mustard, homemade of course, 6 months ago and was just about out, so I bought both to hold us over until our next visit! Thank you all for the fresh/frozen, delicious meats that really taste better from your hard work.

In 2023 my appointment wasn’t written down when I made it but they still worked me in so that was ok.
This time I made an appointment 6 months out for 2 hogs and a beef. I called a week ahead of the date to confirm my appointment and was told I would be called back, called again a couple days later and was told I would be called back. 2 days before my process day I called again only to be told they couldn’t process my hogs and beef. Now Im scrambling to find a processor. Processor’s can be booked out months , this is frustrating.
They do great sausage, and do a fine job on cuts, i love that they use butcher paper, but I find them to be unprofessional with scheduling and I can’t rely on them when I set a process date months in advance. I’ll have to go elsewhere for now on.

Easygoing, my kind of people! Always do your beef or pork like you ask and it turns out great! If you have questions they always answer them and never seem irritated like most would, cause I ask a lot of questions:)

This plqce has great beef sticks and sausage i went in and got a few things and thought i would try some and it was worth it. The jalapeno and chedder summer suasage is great as well.

I get fresh side from here and I always get great service. If they don't have a fresh side at the time, they always call me when they get it in. And they call me to let me know when they have more also. All in all just an overall great place

Great people! Definitely know there way around meat. Normally for service this good you have to pay extra for.......if you know what I mean! 😉

I really love the sasauge they make here. If there was anyway I could get it mailed to meI would be so greatful. I grew up eating it and I miss it.
