They had everything I needed to make Jaternice! Pork livers, pork snouts, pork skins and pork hearts! They even had the deli head cheese and souse! As I was waiting for them to slice the deli stuff I browsed their assortment and saw they had frog legs, crawfish, muscles, they even had beef bones and natural casings for sausage! The products are great quality and they have local products from Kansas as well. The butcher was very helpful and very informative! I'm so glad I found this place!!

Terribly disappointed and feeling HUGE buyers remorse; bought a prime rib roast for Christmas dinner, an 11 pound boneless that we paid almost $180 for and it was THE WORST piece of meat i ever had. Tough, practically impossible to cut and chewed like sour leather. I will never go there again.

Bad customer service the first guy was nice but the second guy had a bad attitude. Short to answer and rude. Would not recommend interacting with him. I would much rather drive 25 miles to McPherson and go to Krehbiels Specialty Meats Inc they are one million times better.

Very disappointed with my last visit. I come to specialty shops like these to be able to buy the cuts that I want. The woman who "helped" me didn't listen, was disinterested in what I was trying to buy, and was generally unpleasant. In fairness, I've bought some very nice cuts there, but I don't like buying out of the freezer. If you don't have it or don't want to cut it, take down the sign on the back wall, and I won't drive two hours to get disappointed.
