Friendly people, fast enough loading, and rules are posted everywhere for easy understanding of what is expected. Some changes sense the last time I was here. You can stay inside the truck while getting loaded as long as you are not sitting in the driver's seat. You check in at the little metal box of a building next to the docks. When finished, you will be instructed to pull forward, and then they will seal the trailer & give you the bills.

Amanda and Rose thank you both so very much for clarifying that driver's don't need an empty scale ticket before check in. Checked in with my pickup number for appointment and got into a door with no issues. My birthday is tomorrow 12/21 and I had to share my birthday cake with the Cargill Team so they can be part of my birthday. Dealing with grief of my father passing and being a professional driver is a challenge so engaging amazing individuals whom shares humanity is such a big blessing. They are very firm on appointments. You can only check in exactly 2 hours before. Lady on the morning shift is very pleasant and professional. Lady on the afternoon shift is rude. She has her cell phone on speaker carrying on a personal conversation with someone and becomes quite irritated when she has to stop and help a driver.

1st of all, your trailer must be swept out, and they actually have a legit sweep station!!! With steps and everything a driver needs!!! Not to mention check in is steps away from the sweep station!!!😎Checking in is super easy 👌🏾, I'll give this facility FIVE TIRES 🛞🛞🛞🛞🛞!!!

First time coming in here, and i already knew what to expect. Checked in early around 9:30pm for 7:00am pick up. Left my call back number on scale ticket from the shipper, also they let me park here over the night, and i went to bed like a baby. At 6:30am they gave me a door, swept my trailer, backed into the door, hand the keys over to the shipper, then wait in thr drivers lunch room. At 7:45am i was loaded very smooth process. I gave them 4 and half stars, because they make me wait inside the shipper lol.

With appointment time loading 2-3 hour wait but if you are late from appointment even 1 hour or 30 mins , I would say cancel your load, otherwise be ready to sit 9-10 hours , doesn’t give time respect , they should understand nobody wants to be late from appt any purposely ,broker and shipper will say they will work on you asap but all lies , your turn will come after 6-7 pm

Just like any other place Thats undercutting drivers with cheap loads !
You come in on time and still they take their sweet time to check you in and that’s when your time actually starts 20 minutes later!
Then they don’t have oon docks so it’s your fault and their creative excuse is you late check in!
Then they say you late gonna have to wait!
