I’m very happy with the build! They were very quick to answer the phone. I called last Friday and they put me on the schedule for Tuesday. 2 guys came out and were extremely quick! They started at 7:30 and had the structure up by about 10:30. Everything was wrapped up by about 1:30-2:30. They even tore down my old beat up shed for a small fee. It’s a massive upgrade compared to what I had. I had an old flimsy shed. Pictures attached for context! I’ll definitely be recommending yall if I hear of anyone wanting a shed! 😁

After talking to Randall, I accept his apology for supposedly losing or not getting my message. Someone needs to figure out their voice mail system. A customer should not have to call more than once for assistance.

I am changing my rating to 3 stars. My previous container purchases very good and the delivery services were excellent. I deducted 2 STARS for the phone message incident.

On Monday October, 7 2024 at 09:47 I called Sturdi-Bilt regarding moving the 20 foot shipping containers I purchased from them in the last couple of years. A lady answered my call and after explaining to her what I was needing she told me I needed to talk Randall. She then put me on hold for approximately 3 to 5 minutes, upon her returning from hold she advised me that Randall was busy on the phone and asked if I would like to leave him a voice mail message. I replied in the affirmative and was promptly connected to his voice mail box. I left a very detailed message indicating my name, my location, my needing to move both containers several feet to some concrete pads and my phone number. It has been 6 days and sure enough no return phone call. In my opinion, failing to return a customer's phone call is VERY POOR customer service. It is unfortunate, but good customer service is rapidly vanishing these days.

What Randall doesn't know is, after speaking to him I was going to order a new 16 foot garage door and the wife was very interested in some of their very expensive patio furniture. In addition to those lost sale items I was considering a third shipping container. Total value of these lost sales is $10,000+. I guess I will be looking elsewhere for these items. So let this be a lesson to you at Sturdi-Bilt, RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS!

Quality product made by folks who actually keep their word. They were clear and upfront about every step of the process. They took time during delivery to protect the unit and ensure it went exactly where we wanted it. Not only was the structure well built but they matched the paint to our home perfectly! For the money, I expected to get a nice shed but I ended up with a second garage! Well beyond my expectations. I only wish I could have had them build my home!

Recently purchased my second Sturdi Built and had it built on site. It was one of thier elite lofted barns and the 4 man crew easily completed it in a day. They have made many improvements over the years to an already best in class product and the workmanship was outstanding. My first one is 20 years old and with one repaint in that time still looks like new. No need to look anywhere else if you are in the market.

We chose Sturdibuilt for our backyard shed because of the good reviews. And the reviews were absolutely accurate! Very pleased with the quality of construction. Built on site in a less than 6 hours. Excellent work. And there was zero mess left at all. Highly recommend this business.

We just had a shed built on Tuesday of this week (Oct 24). Tentative construction date was around the middle of December, so we got it about a month and a half earlier than expected. They showed up, after a couple hour drive, before the sun was even up. They worked professionally, left no trace behind, and built a beautiful shed exactly as ordered. We absolutely love it. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I love every inch of this shed. It's great materials, perfect assembly, and they missed nothing. We couldn't ask for anything else! I have already highly recommended to friends and family! VERY WELL BUILT - STURDI-BILT!!!
