This is an exceptional brewery! The setting is awesome. (Indoor/Outdoor seating) It is a very clean place with great beers. The two sours are some of the best with the chickadee beer w/ pineapple being most excellent. Small personal size pizzas are available and those are also excellent as well as a tasty pretzel. Staff was friendly and very helpful! We will be back when in the area.

Good local brewery with a great vibe. The Flanders red and Golden strong are especially well done. They also have a good table saison. Oh the IPAs work if you are into that kind of thing.

Perfect atmosphere that is family friendly or perfect for a date night. Their food was delicious and their customer service was just as good. We enjoyed the cheeseburger pizza. My husband mixed the chickadee beer with the cider which he enjoyed!

A wide selection of delicious beers, made from wheat, oats, hopps and other grains. I especially like the kernza-based beers, brewed with kernza and other grains and ingredients. Kernza is a new grain crop, introduced to Kansas farmers, developed from a perennial, ancient grass species that will thrive in the Midwest climate and re-grow itself each spring, without having to be tilled or replanted. Also: This brewery has some of the best pizza in the Midwest!! I am serious!
Ok, I am adding to this post, two months later.
Just had a Kernza New England Pale, with a super delicious Hog Jaw pizza. It had Italian sausage, pepperoni and ham, on luscous crust, browned in the oven, served sizzling and crispy in spots, just as you might dream of the perfect pizza. It was. Perfect. Thank you, Sandhills!

This downtown area allows parking in the middle of the street. The brewery is not facing the street rather it's doorway entrance is in a alley but, you can drive through to enter or exit. " confused" don't park a new vehicle in the alley. If your visiting from out of town you'll be fine. Neat inside seating area's. Beer was Pretty average , service is good. The porter was my fave of the 5 tasters tried between us.

From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a fantastic atmosphere that perfectly captures the laid-back, vibrant vibe typical of Colorado breweries. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy great company.

I started with the Pelican Brew, which was excellent, but I wanted something special for my wife. Samantha was our amazing beer tender. She took the time to understand what my wife might like and suggested the REN with passion beer. Not only did she let us sample it first (a thoughtful touch!), but as soon as my wife tried it, she knew it was the one. It was refreshing and fruity—just the right choice for her!

Another highlight of our visit was the charity initiative they support for orphaned wildlife. I was so impressed when I offered to leave a tip and learned they were instead collecting donations for this cause. It felt great to contribute my change to such a worthy effort.

To top off our experience, the Burger Depot food truck was parked outside serving up gourmet delights. We indulged in their delicious offerings, which perfectly complemented our drinks.
