I had an urgent issue and needed a 17 year old hot water heater replaced quickly as it had stopped working all together. Monte worked with me and he and his crew were out the next day and got everything done in just a couple hours.

While the service we received was great and done in a timely manner and the technician was very friendly and did a great job at explaining what had happened. I received a large dent in the top of my dryer. It looks like something was dropped on it. In the technician failed to either notice it or to say something about it. I only observed it after going down to clean the space within 10 minutes the technician leaving and seeing the dent. It is very obvious and deep. We have used this company to do most of our plumbing and heating / air conditioning needs for the last 6 years and while most experiences are great other than just leaving a dirty workspace I am not impressed about this time around.

I have nothing but praise for time saver home service. Once again they were able to fit me into their busy schedule at a time that would work for me. They arrived when they said they would and were very clean and efficient at fixing my issue with my furnace. I have used them for years now for heating and cooling and plumbing and they have always been this way. and I will keep using them for years to come. I have always recommended them to everyone I know and they have all always been satisfied with their work.

My furnace went out so I called Time Saver, I personally know the owner and have seen his integrity so that's who I go to. My call was in the morning and by the time I went to lunch my heat was going strong. Im very grateful for the team and I appreciate them all!!!!

The price to stick a snake in the ground costing $400 it way overpriced. They were barely there an hour. They did come out quickly however we can buy one and do it ourselves for almost the same cost. Which is what we will do if this happens again.

In the past, technicians have put covers on their boots however this did not happen this time. Since it had been raining, mud was tracked into the home on our new carpet. Since this was a cleaning job for the furnace, I assumed that a new filter would be put in, batteries changed etc. That was not the case. I had to ask if a new filter had been put in and then the technician replaced the old with one of mine. The batteries were dead and I replaced those later in the day. I had to call to set up this cleaning since they had neglected to clean the AC all summer. We are on their service plan and the cleanings are associated with that. If we are paying on a monthly basis I feel it is the companies responsibility to contact us and set up a time to clean the systems. We have been with this company for over 30 years and this is the first time that I am totally unsatisfied with them.
