I really appreciated the quick response time. Chase came out within 3 hours of being called (I know it was at least a 2 1/2 hour drive time to get here), so I'm very thankful for his prompt service. He got fans, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers going immediately, PLUS he worked with our maintenance technician on what we could do on our part to continue the restoration process. These guys showed up quickly and began working on the task at hand; drying out our flooded home. They worked quickly and diligently; setting up their equipment and hauling off wet debris. Never did I see the younger crew members chancing a peek at their phones when they rounded the corner or dilly dallying. They were communicative, thorough, considerate of us, our home and pets, compassionate and knowledgeable of their practice. I haven't received a bill yet, but their work was invaluable. Great company! From the receptionist to the guys that come out to do the work they treat you like they would want to be treated. Tasha is very kind and sweet and Chase is very kind and empathetic. You’d want someone like Chase and the Phoenix team to do your house clean up or mitigation. In January after a broken pipe that flooded our basement damaged our furnace, water heater and many personal items of value. I found Phoenix to be caring and understanding. I’d recommend this company hands down again!

Our insurance company suggested we use this company to fix the minimal water damage we had to ensure we didn't get mold. They were here for less than 10 minutes, ripped our carpet and foam padding up, put fans down, and left. Two days later they removed the fans, didn't put the carpet back (about 4 feet of carpet), and we got a $550 bill. I had to do the actual restoration myself. Next time ill rent a fan from Home Depot. High price for fan rental.
