Eddie and his foreman Frank did a fantastic job on our kitchen and bathroom renovation. They were very thoughtful in suggesting ways to use the space more efficiently and the quality of the work was excellent.

Highly recommended! The ETBK construction team completed my kitchen remodel in Park Slope and did a beautiful job. Their execution of my vision was spot-on and their recommendations for the backsplash tile and lighting fixtures further elevated the space, perfectly complimenting the cabinets and flooring that I had chosen. They were efficient, clean, and competitively priced.
Their technical skills in upgrading electrical and plumbing needs are top-notch (double kitchen sink and new hot water heater). Kudos to Edward and his talented, trustworthy supervisor (Edgar) and crew.

ETBK did a great job in renovating our bathroom. During the renovation Ed's team also found and repaired a few underlying structural problems that we had been unaware of, without adding significant cost to the project. Ed's team did good work, were pleasant, were very clean, kept us updated with their progress, and came in on budget. I would recommend ETBK for any renovation project.

I had a gut renovation of an old apartment in a tenement building done during Covid and would still recommend Eddie! This a serious business with excellent professional and personable people. The job is high quality and what I appreciate the most, done with pride. Communication is pretty okay comparing to the overall contractor's reputation. With patience and understanding, the results are super satisfying and beautiful. I am very proud of my apartment and enjoy all the elements I can look and touch everyday.

I’ve now worked with ETGC on multiple projects. The first was an extensive renovation of the basement of our house in Windsor Terrace, the second a boiler and water heater replacement that included finishing and waterproofing the boiler room. My family loves the renovated basement space. Ed identified some options that gave us extra space, one a replacement of an old support beam that increased the stability of our house. Ed is truly a general contractor—his team has an array of skills including plumbing and electric along with skilled wood work. He also brought in partners to lay exterior concrete, install an A/C split system, and glass shower who did good work. With both projects, there were a couple small issues but Ed was responsive and his team quick to return to make the fixes. In terms of price, ETGC’s bid was right in the middle of the bids we received. I have young kids and always felt comfortable with Ed’s team in the house.

I wish I had connected with ETBK earlier in my apartment search. I'd had such a horrible experience with an agent and landlord in Park Slope right before getting in touch with Natalie and Eddie so I was being very cautious. However, the second Natalie showed me the apartment I knew it was the one. This is my first apartment alone and Natalie and Eddie have made me feel super secure about it. From showing to lease signing, it was bout 4 days and the whole process was fast and simple. I truly believe things work out how they're supposed to. If the previous apartment I was supposed to lease hadn't fallen through, I would have never met ETBK. I'm so happy I did. HIGHLY recommend! Can't say enough good things about my experience and the company as a whole.

Eddie, Frank and the entire ET Team did a remarkable job with our apartment renovation as we wanted to uplift our Kitchen and Bathroom design.

Eddie and the team were super professional, responsible and very respectful to the apartment and us as we needed to live in the apartment during the renovation period and to the fact it was our first major renovation project.

Their team were super knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process, setting expectations and timelines, and most importantly took care of all the little thing we didn't even know that we needed.
