I ordered on the app and there was an error it was charging me a delivery fee for a carryout order. I called and asked if they could waive the fee at pickup. I was told my the "manager" that did not give her name they cannot do that. I said okay deliver it. The eta was showing 12:39-12:49. I called at 1:00 and the store manager told me they had been waiting for me to pick it up. She blamed me for the situation and then said the app must just be used to me having it delivered. I have had it delivered twice and the rest of the time it is carry out. Cheryl made it out to be anyone but her teams fault. They could have simply picked up the phone and said Cheryl said the fee could be waived. I guess serving customers a soggy pizza is better and it is easier to blame others for their not knowing how to operate a phone.

My husband & I placed an order. My sandwich showed up to the table & sat there getting cold while waiting for his meal. His pasta showed up & we began to eat. Halfway through my sandwich & his pasta the appetizer (breadsticks) showed up.
The pickles served with my sandwich looked like they had been dehydrated & rehydrated before serving them.
The paper towels on the table are so cheap they fell apart when trying to pull one off the roll.
There was only one other table occupied & we picked the cleanest table to set at, no reason for dirty tables when there is only 1 table occupied.

Great staff, there always so friendly. Please learn how to use cheese on your pizza. Pizza is suppose to be cheesy good. You can even see the cheese on my pizza. Not worth it!

Inexpensive but the original recipe. Famous through the 80s and beyond is gone!

They had the best recipe and "ditched it". What!?!? Like a car manufacture who builds their best engine and gets rid of it the following year. Pizza hut did that!!

They really should tell you that when you choose BBQ as the sauce for your pizza, they don't actually put ANY sauce ON the pizza, and just give you a little container of BBQ on the side. What a mess. Not a very happy Mama. If they disclosed that important little tidbit, I could have been prepared.

Took 10 mins to bring out a new bowl of salad for the salad bar, had to ask twice for it. Our food was delivered to the wrong table, and it took the waiter 5 mins to catch it and bring the order over, and the order wasn't even right, so had to wait for that. The salad bar was very dirty and sticky like it hasn't been cleaned for days. The wings tasted good but service could of been better.

We ordered a large pizza, easy on the sauce. It didn't taste done,and there was too much sauce on it. It made us sick to our stomach. So, we called and they made us another pizza. It had so much sauce on it that the sauce was all we could taste. So,I took it back. They would not give me my money back. I told them that I didn't want to eat there anymore, but they still said they couldn't give our money back. So now we have a credit, at a place we don't want to eat.
