Staff is smug and rude. They need to fire their staff and replace them. They are unhelpful as could be. Their 3% fee they pass into the customer for using a card to pay their bill is pretty pathetic, how desperate are they to rip off their own communityin such a way.. I would absolutely switch power companies if there was another one. I've lived in iola for 6 months now. So far this town is a joke, fees hidden everywhere for every little thing.

Can’t believe people are giving bad reviews because the city charges a late fee if you are late. What company doesn’t charge late fees? My experience with the utilities office is all positive.

Please get trained on lieap payments so your not so rude and hateful when you're asked to do something you don't understand. And if I tell you there is no pen dont get hateful and insist there is. And older people with cancer don't need the attitude.
