There smoked meat products r always excellent

Very disappointed with the staff. Called 3 times about cutting instructions, payment and pickup, and received 3 different answers each time. Hopefully the meat will be cut to order and make up for a staff that just didn't care about customer service.

The end product is great, fast service never had a complaint as far as the meat goes, however one of the office staff needs a serious attitude adjustment or just needs to be set free. She literally yelled at us and the other staff member the last two times we were there because someone there made an error on our ticket!! Retirement time perhaps

I was very disappointed. I put in a specific order on a hog. I came home with 39 pounds of sausage instead of ground pork. They just said "oh well". I won't ever use them again.

We bought a lamb and sent it here to be butchered. In total, including what Kensington Lockers charged us, we spent around $300. We ended up getting much less meat than what we ordered. We didn't even get the ribs. When we tried to ask for the rest of our order, they refused.
