I booked Roche Media for my wedding that happened in late August. I booked their 8 hour photographer and videographer package, paying $3,600. Cody and his videographer friend came to the wedding, seemed to have great customer service, were very flexible with our photos and videos, and we even had a fun time just chatting with them.

However, it is now December and I have yet to receive my photos or video, or even have any communication with Cody. Since the wedding, I have sent around four emails just asking for updates, called five times, and even sent some texts. I have only managed to get Cody on the phone one time in late October when he informed me that he was sorry and had been extremely busy and would get me the photos asap. According to the contract that he, myself, and my husband all signed, the photos were due to be ready NO LATER than the 29th of November. That was over a week ago.

I am extremely disappointed, not only because I was hoping to have my photos ready by now but because there has been no communication as to the status of my photos and video, and I now feel like my calls are being dodged.

Extremely happy with Cody and his skills behind the lenses. We shared our vision and he worked to get each shot. He was fully prepared for our session, had assistance, additional lighting to capture each shot. I would highly recommend Roche Media to ANYONE!

Paid for specific package. Didn’t get the package at the wedding in September. Now December and still no photos. ZERO communication until i emailed about legal recourse. Then a pointless back and forth just to be ghosted again. Unfortunately having to resort to court. Absolute nightmare.

I used Roche Media Group to shoot my wedding and Cody was fantastic! Our pictures are absolutely stunning and we even got a sneak peek 48 hours after our wedding which we were pleasantly surprised with as we did not expect to receive any photos that quickly. Cody is very professional but fun with lots of ideas for photos, poses, etc. which was very helpful. I highly recommend Roche Media Group for all photo needs!
