Shawn R. and Liam D. Arrived on time and got to work! They hung a faux beam 25 feet up on our vaulted ceiling! It looks awesome! They were very friendly, professional and the quality of work was top notch!! They even cleaned up their mess! Couldn’t have asked for two better guys!! Will definitely use Ace Handyman services and hope to get these two guys next time!!

I called to have weather stripping installed on all of my doors. They were out the next day and did a great job. I have used Ace handyman Services several times for many small jobs around my house and I will continue to use them in the future. Always a pleasure working with them.

Not what it used to be. Friendly people, but poor execution. First they no-showed my appointment to get a quote, had to reschedule. Then they never sent me my quote when they said they would, had to call to get it from them. Next, the quote was vague and not itemized, had to call them back. They said they would send over a new, more detailed quote, but they never did. They also told me they wouldn't hang an interior door where I want it hung (no new framing required), and they want to hang it in a different location that requires new framing and way more work. It's my house, just hang the door where I want it to be hung at. They also no longer include material costs in their quotes (even on small jobs that will take less than 1 day to complete) - they say it's due to "fluctuating material costs", so I am sure it would have been a surprise expensive up-charge after the work is done, the only logical reason I can think of is a tactic to nickel and dime customers. It is clear they simply do not care like they used to and are riding the coattails of the good "Ace Hardware" name.

Nice handyman. Did some work. Maybe I expected too much, but in four hours I expected more to be accomplished than was accomplished. Granted, he went to the store to get paint and caulk which I should have had on hand. So that’s over half an hour with no work done. For $600 I need someone who works faster.

This group did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel and fireplace remodel! Our previous contractor had left us hanging after my husband had done all the demolition on our master bathroom. I contacted Lauri and she and her team got started right away! Moving plumbing, moving walls, running electrical, tile, installing shower, vanity, soaker tub, toilet. They removed the outdated fireplace front and shiplapped and tiled it. The guys all showed up on time, worked hard, were very knowledgable, and were professional. I am a very picky person and their attention to detail was GREAT! I enjoyed working with them. My team consisted of Chris, Frank, Jeremy, Daniel, Jon. I would highly recommend them and won't hesitate to call them again!
