Very friendly, honest people. Came in to get my factory steering wheel controls hooked up and they got it done in just a couple hours. The controls have been working great with my aftermarket stereo and all functions work as expected. They also advised I could retain the factory USB location (for CarPlay) for a small additional fee so I opted to do that too. Prices didn’t seem high nor low, about what I would expect. I’ve contacted The Radio Shop in the past for advice and they have always been polite and helpful. Glad to give them my business!

I had an overall great experience with Joad, the new owner of the Radio Shop, in May 2018. They installed a Custom Autosound radio in my 1979 VW Super beetle in record time, and I couldn't be happier with the install. They kept me up to date and ensured they called with price updates, detailed options, and expected finish time.
Additionally, when I brought the car back for a corrective issue they responded with enthusiasm and over-the-top professionalism to make the problem right. An absolute A+ for customer service.

Was quoted $300 to install an alpine unit in my truck (this was my employer discount rate too). I did want to retain my factory reverse camera. Upon pickup, I was handed a bill for over $600. They said it was due to the interface modules needed. OK, I understand that. But that work was done without a phone call for approval. On to the next day, my backup camera started working intermittently. Called to let them know. By the time I dropped it to fixed, it wasn't working at all. I get a phone call from them saying that my camera is bad( camera worked flawlessly prior to their installation). Go to pick up truck and handed a $125 diag fee. If you like spending lots of money, go here, they will spend it for you. If not, there is a lot of other shops in town that do great work at a reasonable price.

These guys are topnotch. They care about their customers. The depth of their experience over so many years is impressive, and they are not afraid to look at new solutions to old problems, giving solid advice.
Whether it's the incredibly complex stereo for my '85 Celica they helped me restore, or me asking questions about the best enclosures for speakers in my '67 Cougar, they have been unfailingly helpful, and very fair with pricing.
