Before you order a truck, make sure you get all the information correct. I drove 3 h to here just to be told we can’t load you just because the customer requested a dryvan but on rc was a flatbed. “Thank you for wasting my time ”

Maybe not the same “woman” , but the lady I’ve talked to and was loading me was great. My appointment was the next day at 1:30 pm, I called ahead of time asked if they could load me today she said they close at 4:00 sharp. My ETA was 3:20 got a dock 3:21, they started loading right away and I was out of there before I new it.
Thank you Shelby for being straight to the point and getting me loaded that day.

It's currently called Fabpro.

ME: 53' dry van, picking up

They seem a little disorganized, however, cordial. I was sent next door, which is also a Fabpro, just to be sent back here. Then I was told to go wait on the street, which is residential, because my load is actually across town and I will have to follow him over there.

The other location is on N. Koch Industrial Ave. I had to go to the end(ish) of road to turn around in a dirt lot on right. Then come back to back into a VERY tight in ground dock with concrete barricades on it's sides. Doable, but easiest if you hop the curb on dock side while backing. Do NOT hop the curb across the street(the side with the pond, you can't miss it). The owner of that property will make you pay $$ for any damages.

No on-site parking.
No angry woman.
