Ron Soriano is a scammer and a liar. He does not pay his employees, and has no repeat customers because he is an absolute nightmare to deal with. All talk, no action. Absolute loser. The positive reviews here are his buddies. Dude is very shady and should be avoided.

I have used King Construction for commercial and residential renovations for the past seven years and highly rate the team for professionalism, integrity, excellence in craftsmanship, organized, effective communicators, creativity in design, sophisticated ideas to difficult spaces and visionaries in the construction field.
I used the team on a difficult space for Saks Fifth Avenue accompanied by a strict budget and narrow timeline and the King team exceeded all expectations. On deadline and below budget. No extras written.

Horrible, took them 8 months to renovate a 4 story Hampton inn. I sub contracted the wall paper portion of the job and was ripped off for $1000 plus the price of adhesive. Ron soriano Is a crook, beware!
