I've been around the block with contractors -- as a former property manager I have had way too many experiences, very few of them good. My experience with Marco Calderon of King of Kings construction not only was one of those few, but was by far and away the best.

Trust me, very rarely will you find someone in the construction field that:
1. Shows up when he says he will to do the estimate.
2. Provides the estimate when he says he will.
3. Plans the job perfectly so that it starts and finishes when it should.
4. Managed both the process and subcontractors so well that there was never a disruption to the schedule.
5. Has a keen eye for the small details, and
6. Is a perfectionist.

In the end, he replaced my 50-year-old jalousie windows that wouldn't close all the way with a beautiful picture window that looks even better than I imagined it would.

All this from a VERY hard to please customer.

Marco is the owner of this business. He installed two hurricane impact doors for us! He did a great job. He completed the job in one day, was there when he said he would be there and did it a good price. I would definitely recommend this business.

Hard to understand how anyone gave a poor rating. They put in a support post for me that was perfect for supporting the hurricane shutters to protect my home. I have some experience in construction, and is the quality you should expect. Not cheap, but something this important needs to be done properly.

Marco is quality oriented which is greatly appreciated. The windows being replaced were in for 60 years. Windows stay in a house for a long time as these will also. Marco is very conscientious. He and his assistant took their time installing and cleaning along the way. I also appreciated he is also state certified for windows. Process oriented, organized, professional, polite, respectful both to his assistant and the customer, all good qualities in a service provider.

I had a two step project with a broken window replacement, and a sliding glass door install where a different window was located. I contacted several companies only to be given ridiculous quotes, or over promised at time of quote, and nothing but excuses or no call no shows when it came time to do the job.

King of Kings Construction not only quoted me a competitive quote, but contacted me the day before the project date to verify that we were still on. They also scheduled an electrician to come out to handle that part of the project. They were all business during the job, were constantly cleaning the demo work, and finished the job in one day before the estimated time of completion. Hiring King of Kings for your door and window project(s) is a no brainer. 5 STARS!

Bought some windows we planned to install personally. With everything going on we just couldn't find the time to get to them. Wanting to get them installed before Christmas I looked locally and came across King of Kings Construction. Marco worked with my budget and gave me a more than reasonable price and came the next morning and knocked them out. Work was perfect, and they were very friendly and respectful. Look forward to having them help on some more of our future projects. Would highly recommend.

King of Kings responded promptly, coming out the very next day and completing the job in just one day. Mr. Marco and his assistant were courteous, professional, and friendly.
