At 4:10pm I made an appointment for 4:40pm through Qless (to get a certificate of non-assessment for a new car). When I arrived they were ready for me at 4:40 with almost no waiting time. The person I saw was really good at helping me understand everything and answered all of my questions. The whole process took less than 15 minutes, and was a lot less stressful than I expected it to be. (I was especially grateful to be able to get in before they closed at 5, even though it was after 4 when I scheduled the appointment.)

5 stars for friendly and efficient service!

If people can pay and print a receipt from online, I should be able to obtain a personal property tax waiver, when needed, online. Should never have to make an appointment and go in person. An absolute broken archaic system. Streamline the entire process of tagging vehicles. All should be accomplished online then mail my license plate and tags to me. Do away with the DMV as well-totally unnecessary!

The online check in does not work so you have to be here at 6:30am the latest to get in. Once you get inside at 8, prepare to wait again. The persons behind the desk are helpful but something needs to be done about this horrendous wait time. Make sure you have no other plans for the day when you come here.

New to the area. I’ve been there twice making appointments ahead of time. Was with a customer service representative within 10 minutes of the appointed time. The customer service people could not be better.

Got there on a Thursday morning at 7:45, there was not much of a line, just about 8 people or so. When 8:00 hit we had to set up an appointment for the assessor's office using a QR code on the door. I set mine up for 9:20 and left. When I got there around the right time, I only had to wait until 9:22 to get into a station, and when I did they were so nice and did everything very quick and easy. So if you need assessor's, just go on a weekday.

Excellent experience today! Set an appointment online via QLess. Arrived at my appointment time and was promptly called back to booth F for service. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Serviced promptly and the clerk was professional and pleasant. So happy with the improvements! Great job!

They can not get any right. 3 times I have had to come back because I'm not in the system. Why can't they get things correct.

I set up an appointment for 8:20am today and when I got there the doors are still locked and there’s no sign saying that they are closed. If they are going to be close they should just put it on their website.
