Purchased a portable storage unit through this company was assured in writing(have the emails) that the unit was wind and water tight. The item is not water tight. It has multiple areas that leak. The company sent a worker out they "tarred" one leak shut. However they have failed to repair the rest. I keep getting told they will get back to me on how to resolve the issue but every time I contact them they fail to return communications. They do not honor their warranty of leak proof. We have thousands of dollars worth of merchandise ruined behind their poor quality products. Would not recommend using this company.
