Born and raised in central Kansas. Apply your brakes when cruising through this little Kansas town, you might just miss your chance to try some of the best beef jerky ever made. Tis the season is near and my colleagues always hint when will the jerky arrive. Thumbs up from North Carolina.

This beef jerky is the best in Kansas in my opinion. Super flavorful and so very tender. I always stop by when I'm traveling in the area. They also just opened up a shop in the mall in Hays. You can also order online and they'll ship it. If you like jerky you should definitely give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

I have enjoyed this jerky since a child on hunting trips with my Dad and Uncles. Shared the greatness with my son and passed down the tradition. I have never driven through Kansas and not stopped for a bag of jerky. Sad to see the retirement, but hope to see an awesome buyer so I can take my grandson and share the stories of the great plains, Pat's jerky and those hunting trips. Hats off to this establishment.
