By far my favorite camping festival of all time. The staff and volunteers make it so special because everyone WANTS to be there. I keep returning to support this independent festival because the atmosphere is unmatched!

This has been my favorite festival for several years now. Camping in the forest is incredible. The venue is spectacular. I like that there are only 2 stages, and they do not compete. Other festivals you have to decide which set to see on which stage, not here. The layout of the festival grounds is easy to navigate. As far as festivals go, the price is reasonable for what you get, excellent line up, fantastic venue location, etc.

Totally worth the drive from Texas. Brought a first time festival goer this year (‘24) and he thoroughly loved his experience, he bought his ticket for 2025!

I also already bought my tickets for 2025! 6th year going. 10/10 highly recommend. There’s no place like home💚

Such a fun, amazing, and memorable festival. This was my 4th Dancefest and it just keeps getting better. It is my groups home festival and will always be. Thank you for the amazing vibes always. 🫶🏼

Most amazing festival! So intimate and not extremely commercialized unlike other festivals. It was about the music and the experience and not everyone going to post pics for "clout". Truly amazing people and vibes. Only issues I had was the lack of showers, there was only 6 for all the females camping. Also the maintenance cars would drive up and down the hill and it would create dust and dirt everywhere in the air. (They should have watered it down each morning or something). The parking wasn't ideal either. I understand it's a big fest but I had to walk really far away to get to my car and bringing all of my camping stuff in while it super hot, I actually got overheated because I i was walking half a mile each way. Otherwise no complaints!

Pretty fun place. Only downside was parking and walking a ton to set up camp. I asked for an open spot (there were about 15 at least I counted on the way to the car) that was closer because of my bad knee and back from the military and was told simply no a few times. Not sure why else other than maybe they take a cut from the taxi golf carts? Also had a shirt stolen while I was swimming, no wind that day, I checked with lost and found 5 times before leaving. Also security was obnoxiously thorough after I just went outside the checkpoint to ask the box office if they found the lost shirt. Security checked the same small pocket 3 times on an empty jacket and opened a couple tiny jars of lotion for some reason. Not sure how I can hide a weapon in that? Felt like I wasn't an equal person there at times, but most everyone else were very friendly at least.

Dancefestopia was absolutely wonderful! We met so many incredible people and the festival has the best vibes. We will be 100% going again!

Tell you what. Porta potties with this kind of attendance can tend to be a shitty experience. But I haven’t used a single one at any location that wasn’t damn near empty and spotless. I was blown away! I met Amber and Josh and they were so professional and polite. Rock on!
