William at Spartan Ram Jack was amazing! He came out quickly to assess our foundation and helped us find the right solution to make the house safe but did not try to oversell us. When I first started getting quotes to stabilize/raise our house was freaking out about the cost of the estimates I was getting. Out of 4 different inspections I went with Ram Jack. They had the most competitive prices and I liked their approach the best. Their inspector has also spent a lot of time in this area doing foundation pouring and repair. Their crew that worked on our house was very knowledgeable and professional. They all took really good care of us.

I called Spartan Ram Jack a few months back because my basement wall was bowing and leaning against the cast iron sewer pipe. Austin was my contact. I had to call the dig safe to locate the gas line and sent pictures to Austin. The gas line in the back of the house was a big too close to the wall and Austin provided me with a quote estimate and information to possibly having to hand dig due to the gas line being so close to the wall the escalator may be to big. They showed up and got the job done in 2 says instead of 3 when the appointment was made. I received updates on both days and good news that they were able to excavate the whole wall saving me money. They were able to push the wall back off the cast iron pipe. I received pictures when the job was done (this is my rental house and reside hours away) and I was happy to have gone with Spartan Ram Jack.

Our experience with Spartan RamJack was great. The salesman, Paul, came out and spent 2 hours measuring and talking to us about what was going on. I never once felt pressured to do anything. He followed up with multiple calls to make sure that we understood everything and to try to answer any questions I had, but still not pressuring. After agreeing on a contract, our experience with the workmen was equally great. They were kind and professional and a few of the guys had been doing this work for over 20 years, each. That's experience I can rely on when doing a very expensive job, working on our single most expensive possession. The workers also were very kind and talked to our kids who were always watching as they worked. All of the people I interacted with, told me repeatedly that this company is great and they love working for them. And that the owners' policy is treat this if it were your home. They will turn down a job if the work is just not needed. I appreciate that as this is very expensive work.
Lastly, Spartan RamJack was the best priced option for the most amount of work. AND they have a LIFETIME Transferable warranty which puts them above the competition again. Hopefully, I don't need anymore work done, but if I do, they will get the job.

Spartan Foundation Repair did an excellent job for us! By the time we contacted them, we had two other competitors out to diagnose the problem and offer a proposal. They both gave us a different diagnosis of the problem. There were signs of movement in the 2020 master suite addition (that was built on a crawl space foundation.) One of them had a patented solution, unique to their company, of course, to fix the problem. We decided to call Spartan to get another opinion. William came out to the house and essentially agreed with the second guy we had called. But William did a much more thorough job. The prices for the solution were comparable. When it was time for the work to be done, Tyler led the team and was very eager to complete the job to our satisfaction. He even used his equipment to get a large (and dangerous) broken branch out of the tree above the swingset! William came out, after the pillars were placed and lifted the lower beam to fully correct the issue. As soon as the work was complete, my husband and I could tell the floor was sturdier. Spartan left us with peace of mind, and they were so easy to work with. They were spot on with diagnosing the issue as well. There was other settling in our basement and William did not try to upsell us, telling us he believed that would probably not get worse anytime soon. In my experience this company is very knowledgeable, skillful, and completely invested in good customer service. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Dave Tinsman helps a lot of Realtors in town and is simply the best! He is honest and has amazing knowledge of foundations and basements. I have found that Ram Jack pricing is very competitive and they NEVER try to oversell work. Ram Jack recently sealed a crack in a foundation for a family member.

5 Stars! I needed an Emergency consultation for a basement leak and Ram Jack delivered!! We received an honest appraisal/quote as well as more suggestions for a landscaper. Luckily, the guys were able to come out right away & repaired the issue.
I have waited several months to post this review to make sure everything was okay and I'm very happy to say no more water problems! Highly recommend this company to do the job right!
