I purchased my first GPI pump around 12 years ago. I use it to transfer gasoline from my aux truck tank to various boats and cars. The pump has withstood extreme temperatures, salty air and generally rugged use. I put an impeller in it once during that time. I recently ordered a new pump because the motor in mine was frozen and I didn’t have time to repair it during peak fishing season. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong pump and had to send it back. Myndy at GPI took was extremely helpful. She got me the correct part number in needed and she negotiated the restocking fee so could get up and running again. Hopefully management recognizes Myndy for her exemplary problem solving skills, her professionalism and her ability to get things done. I’m a long time customer who’s definitely onboard with GPI their great products and customer service.

Gpi is one of the best companies I’ve ever done business with. I got a transfer pump from them in summer of 2020, fast forward to summer of 2022 and the motor went out for unknown reasons. After diagnosing it per Gpi, they got my info and got a brand new one shipped out to me no questions asked. It came with more than I was expecting, so yes everything was there and it all went back to together flawlessly. Gpi will always be the only fuel pump I run.
