This evening at approximately 6:50 pm, I witnessed one of you employees driving very carelessly and erratically. This occurred on northbound I-35 near mile marker 175 in Oklahoma. Your company marked van, bearing Kansas tag # 479PXN, came speeding up in the right lane behind a semi that a line of traffic in the left lane was in the process of passing. The driver of your van abruptly cut in, in front of a black dually truck ahead of me. The driver of your van did not have sufficient space to make that lane change safely and caused the black dually to slam on his/her brakes to avoid collision with your van. The driver of the dually flashed his/her headlights at your van. This apparently upset the driver of your van because he/she then proceeded to drive next to the semi for approximately 5 miles at the same (much slower) speed as the semi and impeded a lot of traffic. I called two different numbers associated with your company. With both numbers I got an automated answering service that said “welcome” twice then disconnected. I also attempted to contact the Oklahoma Highway Patrol to have your van stopped but was unsuccessful. Within 5 minutes of your van finally getting out of the left lane and speeding back up, it disappeared, as it was obviously exceeding the posted speed limit of 75 mph.

Stay away!
I used them to fabricate a project and it was a total disaster. They were supposed to quote 2 sets total of 4 units and quoted 2 units so ended up being way over priced then I got the 2 units late and they didn't use updated files so they were outdated not even that parts I needed and to top it off they used the template incorrectly and in some cases didn't use it at all so the product was so far from from being correct that it wasn't worth fixing and had to return as scrap metal. They took a long time to finally refund me. Between driving there multiple times to take care of all this and having to have my client rush to find another solution it was a real disaster.
Then they thought I might want to do business with them again, I assured them they had done plenty to rest easy knowing that would not happen!

Their customer support is top-notch! They assisted me in troubleshooting our cut machine over the phone and were able to quickly reset the parameters and get us back up and running. Fast, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They stand behind their equipment!

We have a no solicitation sign posted, but your door-to-door salesmen ignore it. Door-to-door solicitations interrupt our business and I frankly don't have time for it. We have the sign posted clearly, but the fact that they don't care to abide by it makes me not want your business.
