It took over 3 weeks to get deer back I got it and had most made in to sausage probably gonna have to throw it all away all you taste is smoke no other flavor for 130 dollars this is just sad I would been better off going to Walmart and buying 130 worth of meat. Label on sausage should have said tuff and smoke flavor

I took 4 deer to this processor. 3 for me one for a neighbor. In the order a requested a total of 40 pounds smoked sausage and 40 pounds of breakfast sausage. The smoked sausage are not eatable they taste like they were smoked with green wood. The breakfast sausage had no taste at all like it was just ground venison. Worst experience with a processor in years. Also it was not posted anywhere cash only for pickup. Do not recommend this processor to anyone.

Great service and great people. I'm from Wiaconsin but hunt in Farmerville, LA. Mr Yak, has gone out of his way to make sure I get my game cut, packed, and frozen for the 13 hrs drive home. Extremely nice people
