Lived here about 2 years and had absolutely no problems! Safe and secure environment. The rental lady Mayra has been awesome and super helpful throughout my stay. Quiet and peaceful. Great management!!! Highly recommend!!

Filled out application, applied, paid the fee. Received an email back a few days later, I was approved and they would be in contact to go over the lease. Never heard anything from them again no return emails never returned a phone call. Had a viewing schedule. They completely blew it off. In the long run. I’m glad it didn’t work out. I would never want to rent from a company who can’t even provide basic communication.

I was a resident here for 2 years and honestly couldn’t ask for a better renting experience with Lansing Heights! Not only is it spacious and updated, but the communication was always great and questions were answered quick. And the maintenance requests were always completed quick as well. Highly recommend! Mayra is amazing!!

We just moved in and so far the experience has been great! We had some minor hiccups when moving in but they were addressed immediately and taken care of in a timely fashion. The townhouse feels homey and cozy and the overall feel is just welcoming. The neighborhood seems friendly and the staff is very responsive. And given the current COVID situation, everything has gone very smoothly! Looking forward to spending a few years here!

Update 1/27/2021: Under new ownership, so far the transition is concerning with fees for autopay, leases incorrectly interpreted, poor website management, and vague answers as to whether or not the rent would be going up.

Lansing Heights was such a wonderful place to live and I really do miss it! The office staff were consistently helpful and friendly. The community was calm and I felt safe there. The town house itself was great, and I love that they are a pet friendly community. All in all, I would definitely recommend Lansing Heights to a friend!

Ever since they have changed management companies things have drastically gone down hill. The new manager is unprofessional and rude and isnt any help at all. Someone pushed my motorcycle over that was in a parking spot and I was told that motor cycles arent allowed on the property. Was told to cover it up and then maybe people wont mess with it. I shouldnt have to take extra steps to stop someone from messing with my personal property that is in a parking space. I have also been told that they wont honor the month to month agreement that I had, that I couldn't apply for another unit when I needed a bigger apt. I used to love it here but now its trash and in only 2 short months. How sad!!

Beyond happy with the way my sons and I were treated. She made us feel like we were already at home. This home we are trying to achieve will be a blessing from the horrible place we reside currently. We pray the lord will have his will done and we become residents of Lansing Heights. Thank you lord for guiding us to this beautiful place.
