The best compliment you can give a remodeling company is to say you would recommend them to family or friends. I would recommend Bryan Casey Construction to anyone including family and friends. Our project was a full kitchen gut and garage to family room conversion, as well as hardwood flooring throughout the house. They showed up daily to work on our project from demo to final details, and if for some reason they couldn’t we were informed. The work crews were all amazing to have in our home, they treated us and our home with respect. All of our concerns and questions were addressed throughout this project and I truly feel they went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had. After a long process of envisioning how we wanted to transform our main floor and interviewing several designers, builders, and decorators, we decided to hire Bryan & Julie Casey to complete a full main floor remodel. Nothing on the main floor of the house is the same now that our project is complete.

We remodeled our kitchen, moved the laundry room, took out a window, added a door, opened walls, remodeled our master bath, new wood floors throughout and painted everything! We even removed some lovely cheetah carpet on the stairs! The experience with Bryan & Julie was exceptional from beginning to end. The result made the long process worth it in the end. Julie, Randa, and Bryan were reliable, helpful, and flexible partners as new ideas & obstacles came up along the way. We received timely & fair change orders as the scope of the project changed.

The total project took about 7 months- just about a month longer than estimated. I work from home, so through the entire experience I felt as though I became part of the Bryan Casey team. As with anything, there were a few things which needed additional attention to be 100% correct. Julie & Randa insured everything was completed properly and with high quality throughout the project.

I highly recommend Bryan & Julie Casey for your next home remodel; they are great team and balanced each other well with their individual skillsets.

We had Bryan Casey Construction help us with our basement finishing project! We added a living room, bedroom, and full bathroom. We had a really great experience - from the initial planning meeting all the way through the final walk through. Our project even finished a little earlier than planned. Julie and Bryan were very thoughtful, detail-oriented, great partners, and helped us with our budgeting options. The Bryan Casey Construction team members were awesome - very nice, explained what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves. We were so impressed.

After searching for three years to find a company that could bring our dreams to reality--and enhance those dreams along the way--we were thrilled when we were introduced to Julie and Bryan. From our first encounter, I knew that it was going to be a great fit. Our main goals were to move our laundry out of our most used walkway, create a mudroom in that space, open the dining room to the kitchen, and add on to the house to create a dream closet. Julie and Bryan took all that information, and brought back plans that did all that and more! Instead of simply opening the kitchen to the dining room, they presented a solution that ensured when we host family events everyone can be connected. Walls came down, rooms were created, and our first floor opened up.

Bryan Casey Construction was supportive and flexible through the entire process. While it is never fun to have your entire first floor under construction, they made it as easy as possible. The construction team was courteous, timely, and responsive. For example, as the closet addition was underway, I shared my concern that the closet was not big enough--rather than trying to convince me otherwise, they took out measuring tapes and plotted out what it would look like to take some space from our primary bedroom to create a larger closet. In another case, we suggested that flipping the existing dining room and current office would allow for a larger walk-in pantry and for the office to have doors. The Bryan Casey team went to work and created plans to expand the pantry, add a coffee bar where the doorway to the dining room was, and create storage in the new office space.

When it came to color and surface choices, Julie was amazingly helpful. We completely changed our home's color scheme and she provided guidance that made sure we were true to the feel of our home. She quickly picked up on our style and made sure that choices that were offered fit our needs. Having choices narrowed for us was super helpful and saved time.

If you are looking for a full service construction/remodel company, I would highly recommend Bryan Casey Construction. Having both the architecture and design in one was amazing. Julie was our primary contact throughout the process and was responsive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. They have several vendors that have been vetted that have amazing materials and selection. Our project was a 7-month (within the projected timeframe) full first floor renovation that created a super functional space with tons of storage (I can't even fill it all--yet), and plenty of space to host our extended family. Our space is light, bright, and airy and we are beyond thrilled and excited to share our space with everyone we know.

We have used Bryan Casey Construction for jobs in the past but our recent main floor remodel was 100% my favorite! Excellent service from design to delivery. I appreciated how well they listened to what we wanted then delivered it, above and beyond anything we could've imagined for ourselves. The attention to detail was top notch. We loved being included in design decisions and given timely updates as the project was making progress.
We opened up a closed off kitchen that included opening the space to the rafters and relocating a fireplace as well as all new flooring and expanding our laundry room. The custom beams, kitchen cabinets & island, barn door and every other feature are gorgeous and planned with us in mind.
I would recommend them for all remodeling needs.

We had Bryan Casey do a major main floor, master bed/bath, and laundry renovation, and I cannot say enough how satisfied I am with the entire Bryan Casey experience from beginning to end. The house looks amazing, just like my original vision except better, and the work was very high quality. Julie and Bryan were reliable, helpful and flexible partners as we made changes during the process. They were mostly upfront about how changes would affect the total cost and Julie was very concientious of our budget goals.

The total project started 1 month late and took 5 months- just about a month longer than estimated, which in my opinion is pretty amazing for something of this scale! And in 2022 mind you when the world was barely recovered from the pandemic. I worked at home through the entire experience and the subcontractors were easy co-workers. The rare mistakes/ accidents were handled instantaneously and without any fuss.

This was a true concierge experience. Cannot recommend enough.

We hired Bryan Casey construction to remodel our dysfunctional laundry room and our bathroom. Julie listened to our needs and designed beautiful and functional spaces. They had to come back for a repair, as happens with any project or company. The team was responsive to our needs and fixed the issue to our satisfaction. We would definitely hire them again.
