Possibly the worst processing I’ve ever had. Purchased 1 beef from a friend in NM and had it processed here. Had my steak cut to at best half an inch thick. Top sirloins, ribeyes, etc. The best part is I never got any filets from the first or the second cows I had taken here. I took a complete inventory of each as they are labeled. I have never been so disappointed in my life after getting cows butchered. I will absolutely never go back and keep my business local and with people that know what they’re doing…and also get my tenderloin that I know I paid for.

Mel's does an outstanding job of processing livestock. Their cutting is excellent and the vacuum packing option is a great way to store your meat.
