Picked up the snack sticks from my doe antelope today. Holy cow I forgot how good these are! I am so grateful for the team at Ted Baker Meat Processing. Though I have done business with them for years it has been awhile since I had snack sticks made. Why did I wait so long?! I highly recommend them. I used Ted Baker meat processing for the first time this year to take care of my elk. It was a great experience, friendly staff, good communication and they even took the animal when I needed them to on a Sunday morning. So far everything is delicious, especially the meat sticks!

Horrible experience using these guys to process my pigs... here's the run down of problems (not including delays)
*did not receive any bacon and argued until I got a call later stating it was left in the smoker and I could pick it up three days later.
*2 months after picking up order received another call asking me to pick up my ham, just a single box and no explanation
*we're on our 4th pack of bacon and only two have been edible, the other two were beyond salty and made me sick....
Not a lot of communication nor did they attempt to make anything right and ruined the whole reason we raised our own pigs

Ted's is one of the last of its kind Family own and run - RIP Andy's. There prices are fair, processing quality is top notch, and their packaging is superior. Try out there snack sticks or summer sausage - it is to die for. Be patient, quality takes time, it make take a bit to get your product back. I’ve appreciated their honesty in not taking more game meat then they can handle during the height of the hunting season.

They did an amazing job on my 3 hogs. All of my cuts were perfect and the smoke is delicious on the bacon. It took 4 weeks for the meat to be returned to me, but well worth the wait. I appreciate the care that went into it. The shop was small, clean and efficient. I appreciate them taking my order, I feel fortunate they did with all processors booked out until next year.

I brought my deer here last month and had a great experience. Very nice, professional staff. It was simple to drop my deer off and pick it up. I’ve only tried the jalapeño and cheese summer sausage and original jerky so far and they are both delicious! I would definitely return.

Ted did an amazing job processing my elk last year. Being my first bull elk I didn't realize how tough the round steaks were so I took some of them back to have made into jalapeño/cheddar sticks and summer sausage. Ted didn't even charge me for it! Now that's some outstanding customer service! The snack sticks and summer sausage were amazing as well as the burger! Stand up guys and amazing service! Highly recommend!!
