We had Patrik and crew come to our house to do some work last month. We had a cement patio with a void under it that they poly jacked and we also had them install a sump pump in the basement. They came on time as promised and were quick, cleaned up after they were done and even put all the landscape rock back and replanted grass in the backyard where they dug the pipe for the sump pump. Very impressed with their work and professionalism!

We had about 4 different company's come out to the house to help resolve our water issues. Every one of these company's had a different reason for why our basement kept flooding which then resulted in their most expensive repair packages. Patrick at Windler Foundation Repair spent a lot of time walking through potential root causes and how to address each. Instead of selling us his most expensive fix, he kept cost in mind and suggested fixing some of smaller problem areas first before going forward with a full interior draining system. We found later out that our egress and window wells weren't built to code so addressing this first made the most sense to us. The guys at Windler did a great job with installation and I couldn't be happier with the new window wells. Although it hasn't rained a lot since our last event, if these wells were the cause of the flooding before, they wont be anymore. This was was my first time using Windler and can definitely say I will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend!

I'm leaving a two star review.. here is why. We did not use their services. I had a bad interaction with a Patrick with their staff. I'm a first time home owner and a lot of questions and concerns, rightly so. He was impatient and to quick to answer shortly without much explanation as to his answers. Very Poor Customer Service. Beware if you get this one as your inspector, not friendly. I hope this isn't company wide.
Side note: Previous owners used them, their work is really good with what they did.

We recently had Windler Foundation Repair level our house and were very happy with the results. The crew that worked on our house worked their "tails" off. The part of the house that needed lifting was where the electrical/gas/plumbing lines entered the house so the crew had to do a lot of manual digging. They accomplished this efficiently and quickly without disturbing the lines.

I have been in property management and construction for 15 years. I have met with every foundation company from Topeka to KC. I’ve had multiple properties over the years I’ve rehabbed to sell and others I’ve held that needed foundation corrections. All I can say is this about Windler. They are brilliant. I’ve spent hours researching foundation repair methods and that side of the business to protect mine. Windler uses the latest technology, doesn’t oversell and delivers on time consistently. They are brief, brilliant and gone. They back their work with a 30 year warranty. I’ve used them twice in the last 90 days on 2 different properties. They don’t miss. From egress windows to foundation piering to wall reinforcement/support… I’ve bought all aforementioned from them. Take it from a guy who’s paid and been disappointed before. Windler is 100% best in the business.
