Nez always replied to my questions and concerns very promptly and was able to explain everything about our situation in an easy to understand manner. She told us what was going to happen, carried out the mitigation exactly as she had explained and then followed up with us afterward. She made a negative situation smooth and seamless. And the air in our house is now clean and fresh! Pure Maintenance has been a lifesaver!

Pure Maintenance did an excellent job. I had symptoms due to mold toxicity in my home, and they were able to give us a detailed report of this issues and get it taken care of quickly and easily. They were so great to work with and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We recently purchased our home and hired pure maintenance to do a mold inspection before buying. I’m beyond happy we did because they found several kinda of toxic molds in the home. They created a treatment plan for the home and fogged our whole house. The house smells and feels better now. Very knowledgeable staff.

I honestly can not say enough good things about Pure Maintenance. We originally them scheduled for a Wednesday in February. Weather was questionable and Nez had amazing communication with me. The day of we determined weather shouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately that morning on they way to our house, the tech slid off an exit ramp and had gotten stuck. I felt so bad but I have to say the communication on Nez and the techs part was amazing. Once the weather cleared and it came time for our treatment, everything was super smooth. Throughout the day communication stayed consistent and they were very detailed about when we could come home and how it was going. After we got home I noticed it was a but chilly in our house. Not thinking too much of it (we keep our house chilly anyway) we went about our evening. Before bed I realized our heat was not working. My husband took a look and determined our heat was in fact not working. We contacted Nez, just to see if they had any issues. She informed the tech said everything was working fine for him. Nez was extremely helpful during the process of figuring out what was wrong. Given our unit was 25 years old and in really bad shape before treatment, it was guessed that just the little bit of dry fog that goes through the unit was just too much. No one could have seen this issue before hand, unless we had a HVAC company come and stick a camera around first. But we hadn't any issues and to the naked eye of us everything looked normal. Nez was again extremely accommodating and stayed in contact with us until the issue was resolved. All in all this was just a rare perfect storm though. Even though we could not pin point the exact reason (fog or age) of why our unit went out. Nez got a quote for the exact part that was damaged and sent us a check. This was a true blessing of an experience, had we not had them come and that part not get damaged. There is a high chance that it would have gone unnoticed until enough carbon monoxide set off our alarms. Nez stayed in contact with us constantly checking in on us days after. This level of customer service is just not found anymore. It is rare for a company to care more about your family then just think of you as just another job. We noticed a difference in our air quality almost immediately after treatment. My husband who was skeptical at first even admits it is a night and day difference in our home. My one year old who has had constant mold side affects is finally doing better. I am writing this review a month after the initial treatment and can honestly say, we still feel the improvement. Even if you don't think the mold is that bad in your house, you need treatment ASAP.

We discovered that we had mold under our stairs in our bilevel. I found that I could not go under the stairs or close to the door at times without having adverse reactions. I contacted Nez with Pure Maintenance. She. And Dillon came out and did an air sample. It showed high levels of one mold plus levels of 11 other molds. After further inspection, black mold was found near our HVAC system and in a closet. Guiding us each step of the way, Nez helped us prepare for and then treat our home with their system. I can tell you a difference in the air quality, am not having the problems due to the mold, and strangely enough, our air purifier isn’t working as hard. The post treatment mold test just came back yesterday, and there is no more black mold! The Penicillium/Aspergillus dropped from 1707 spores/m3 to 141!
I cannot praise Nez and Dillon enough for their professionalism, thoroughness and responsiveness. We were not easy customers, but we are definitely satisfied customers now! We highly recommend them!

Working with Pure Maintenance was very easy! They were always so quick to respond and were very thorough in answering all my questions. We were so thankful to find someone on such short notice. Their process has made moving into our home less stressful. From inspections to treatment they were prompt and very helpful!! Would recommend.
