Not only did we get fantastic cuts of meat from our cow, they followed our order from their cut sheet perfectly. They were the absolute nicest people, and answered all of our questions along the way. They even loaded the order into my vehicle for me making the pick-up a breeze. We will be certain to use them again on our next cow and cannot recommend them enough.

These guys are awesome! They fit 2 of our bulls in before the fair kicked off. They followed the cut sheet, are super easy to work with, great communication, and super awesome folks! We'll be coming back in the future for sure!
