Thank you Basham Con. & their team on repairing the LWC main line bust in my front yard yesterday. Yesterday, I came home from lunch at 12:30 and found water pouring from the ground along with MSD and Zonetown Fire. Basham was on site by 4:30 ready to work and was out by 9:30-10pm. Granted, my fiance is upset his grass he’s worked on to get green was disturbed, but as someone who works in the plumbing trade, there’s nothing you can do about it & he’ll get over it.

Basham construction is currently working in my neighborhood. They have destroyed my yard by parking multiple pieces of equipment there and just leaving it without ever saying a word to me. Leave trash laying around Day after day. It’s obvious they don’t care and no one is holding them accountable. I work in construction too and the lack of respect they show towards peoples homes is unacceptable. they don’t deserve the one star I had to give them. They need a foreman that demands they respect customers and a crew that are decent humans.

I am not happy with the service of Basham Contruction. They were very disrespectful to my property. I saw the workers litter 3 times while working on the project . One tore a cover off a cig packet and immediately threw it on the ground. Someone threw a drink can into the dirt and another guy stomped on it and buried it. My neighbor saw someone throw a sandwich bag on the ground after emptying it. Also, in the picture I took after they left, there is a plastic water bottle. Never use them. The Louisville Water Company used them for a project on my house.

Basham Construction has been in my neighborhood for almost a year replacing water lines for Louisville Water Co. They have massacred every single yard including my own. The finish grade work is horrific. The grass coming back is little to none. They've poured my neighbors' driveway twice now due to messing up the first time. Unfortunately, they poured it again and that night the temperature dropped to 25 degrees and did for 3 days in a row. No one covered the concrete so now it's a dark gray color which is a definite sign that the water expanded during the cure process causing permanent damage. Equipment lies around an untidy worksite for months and months. The list goes on and on. By the way, I'm a utility/concrete/construction contractor so I know what it should be.

We are more than satisfied with Basham.
We dealt with the licensed electrician, and they were diligent, competent, and straightforward.
A previous estimate included thousands of dollars, new wiring, and an extra box. Basham fixed the problem in less than two hours for $200. I'm still shaking thinking about all the money we could have wasted.
The only thing I would change about the experience is upfront pricing. However, it was still a great value, and they responded quickly, with great communication.

They had to do a very large job at my house for MSD. That included placing 1 ton boulders along a creek wall and replacing my entire driveway. They did a great job and we're very easy to work with. Knew about and fixed problems before I ever had to say anything. Great people!!!

If I could give 0, I would. After watching one of their trucks run my husband off the road that only has trees on it to keep you from plummeting to the bottom of a mountain while I was in the vehicle behind him, and keep driving with no regard for his safety or life.. then when we called in, I kept getting interrupted and told I was wrong. And after I finally hung up after being yelled at, the company continued to call my phone after we had already established that there was nothing she was going to do to help us. She also stated that the particular driver who MAY Have been in that area, would never do that...... never use this company, bad drivers and even worse customer service.
