Horrible ! Will never use again and I would highly recommend going to literally anybody else. Customer service is horrible rude people all the way around. Price isn’t bad but let me tell you , you get what you pay for. I had elk roast that came out flat in a ball with netting around it to make it look like a roast meat was not processed well at all lots of silver skin. Now the big issue is the burger and sausage. I had put in my form I wanted as many round steaks and roast as possible I got the exact opposite I got almost all burger and sausage and they taste horrible and this wasn’t an old tough bull this was 100% young meat bull that I was hoping to feed my family with for a long time. I wouldn’t feed this meat to a dog it stinks and it taste how it smell. Don’t waste your meat and money go somewhere else.

Butchered the majority of my own bison, but I don't have a grinder so I turned to Miller's for the burger. Dropped off approx. 50 pounds of trimmings, and a few days later had it back. Ground, packaged in nice 1lb portions, and frozen. Ready to go! Fair price for a good job!

On a side note, I dealt with a young man named Chase (phone, and in person when I dropped and picked-up my mean). Solid friendly service from him!

Had an elk processed here last season. The chorizo, snack sticks, jerky, and steaks are all great, but the ground is absolutely terrible. Every package of my ground elk is gamey beyond belief and not edible. Wondering if I even got my own animal back. I take great care in the field to handle my meat properly and I have never had gamey ground elk before and this is my 5th elk. Definitely a disappointment. My dogs are happy though...

Awesome service, just dropped off elk meat for burger and summer sausage so I can't say how they did, will update when I pick up and taste.

Multiple bad experiences. Me and a buddy took 3 feral hogs in, already quartered. We asked for hams, roasts and sausage with minimal ground. We should have had 6 hams but got zero hams and very few roasts, a third as much sausage as ground and received about half the weight we took in after we had already removed the majority of the bones in the animal! They carefully wrote down our instructions and then cut it the way they wanted to. As a final insult, they quoted us one price then charged us over $100 more. I’ve been hunting for 40 years and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I’m back to doing my own meat after this.

Took in a 1420LB angus cross and got cheated out of over a 100LB of meat we got no ribeye’s and no new your steak’s and shorted on T Bones. Never use this place not honest at all.
