M&M can do the whole job! I bought a house that I declared was uninhabitable but had some beautiful features to preserve. Mark came in and scoped the entire job, interior and exterior, with the level of detail that was acceptable for a homestyle mortgage. He and his crew were there the day after I closed and completed an enormous amount t of work within my deadline (I had only 6.5 weeks before I had to move in). Tom detailed every change order and advised me when my material choices were over budget along the way. If you need quality, timely work without blowing up your budget, then this is your crew. Im sure to miss a few things- serious exterior junk removal (included cleaning out the pool and taking down old decks and a shed), painted entire interior and exterior of the house, pulled up some carpets and tiled some floors, new roof and skylight, electrical and plumbing work, gutted and treated a moldy basement plus sheet rocked it. Lighting everywhere, kitchen counters and tile work in my bathroom (they do tile really well). They replaced a window accidentally broken by the roofers. Gutters and I can’t tell you how much crap they cleaned up around the exterior (like a couple of dumpsters). I was in over my head but everything worked out because I had M&M in charge. Thanks guys - I’d do it all over again!

This is the first full fledged non handyman construction firm that I have used and found them on Angie's list. If you look at their credentials alone you would be amazed but sometimes credentials mean ridiculous inflated rates, flashy extras, only use their showroom and not meeting the quality expectations for the high price.

M & M was nothing like this. It is a veteran owned company which is not heavily advertised and the owner carries many of those traits of Honor, Courage, Commitment, integrity and dedication to the job and holds his employees and subs to those standards. After having issues in the past with other contractors who don't meet deadlines and do other jobs while doing yours. I wanted someone who would be dedicated to mine and that's what I received.

On the first day your floors and carpets are covered and protected and everything in the house is well maintained. The owner gives you a detailed vision of your expectations vs reality and how the room will look when complete. The finance manager is in contact with you through each phase of the contract and there are no hidden costs. Their foreman running the job is extremely skilled, professional and knowledgeable and we enjoyed having him on the job.The owner is also there making sure the job is being executed properly.

I have already referred them to family and they will be doing multiple jobs for them. I trust them for the future jobs that I will have and am glad that we've found a competent contractor for our future household needs. Love these guys.

We’re completely satisfied with M&M Construction Specialist. Their estimate was accurate and detailed to our specific request. Every appointment was on time. The crew was polite and worked hard to complete our roof in one day. They made the necessary repairs that were needed to ensure the roof’s integrity. They also completed some additional exterior carpentry work that we had been putting off. The clean-up was immaculate. We’ve received many compliments from our neighbors on our new roof!

We had a leak in our ceiling from the floor above caused by another contractor and we called M&M to help. They came out the very next day to asses the damage and start the work. This is the second time we've used M&M for a project in our home and I will continue to use them for future projects. Their communication is great and a project manager comes by the house every day to ensure the project is moving along in a timely fashion. They are always considerate in our home. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend M&M Construction, we had two new windows installed the whole house painted and new gutters. They were very knowledgeable, took great care, paid attention to detail, very timely, organized and professional. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

From the first time that M&M construction entered our home until the very last custom glass installation they did an standing job.
They completed four bathroom renovations, over the course of a few months, and the work was excellent. We felt that the pricing was fair and a good value . We felt very comfortable having them in our home.. thank you Mark, Tom, and Walter !

I was very pleased that I chose M&M to replace my roof. Mark was very knowledgeable and was very accommodating when I mentioned I was selling my house and didn't necessarily need top of the line material. He provided me with multiple quotes to choose from and did not pressure me to pick the best. The leaders and gutters were also replaced and all was done very nicely and quickly and no debris was left around my property. Plus all new plywood was put down which I needed. My roof and gutters look beautiful. Also, Tom, the office manager was very helpful and both he and Mark were very professional, pleasant and friendly to work with. I highly recommend this company.
