Saw the "Now Open" sign as I was leaving Ace Hardware - I hadn't even heard we had a new shop in town, but we stopped in and bought some amazing filet mignon, carne asada, breakfast sausage, and burger patties tonight.

Can't wait for the deli to open so I can come in for lunch!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I've been going there ever since Noel opened it. The quality and flavor of the meat is awesome! I won't buy meat anywhere else. Today, I got the Italian sandwich, and let me tell you!... The sandwich was soooo delicious! The ratio of meat, bread, condiments, and veggies was absolutely perfect! Places that specialize in sandwiches might as well close their doors. I'm not joking. My sandwich was seriously the best one I've ever had. Noel, his family, and his employees are such great people, too! I very highly recommend going here and trying everything!

Loved this place when it first opened! Gave them 5 stars! Recently I purchased some meat packs, nothing was wrapped properly! It's all freezer burnt everything I open! And also when I thaw it smells rancid! Such a disappointment, was really looking forward to a good meat shop in town! Guess it's back to Mesa for Chucks Fine Meats!

A friend bought burger patties from chop , we had them grilled up last night. All I'll say is omg! Not lying restaurant quality. Best tasting burger ever. They grind their own beef. I will be there to try other things, you will pay more because they use quality over quantity. Support this small business please !!

The best Carne Asada in the East Valley. Customers also rave about their sandwiches. The meat is all natural, no hormones, and corn finished. Check it out! It's worth the drive.

Not so sure about the other reviews, but here's my input. Looks like crap when you walk in. Huge area, not finished, just doesn't look good. Looks like an old restaurant and they just left booths in there and didn't bother to finish it up. Very limited selection. I just wanted to give it a try, so I got some hamburger. $7 a pound. I went to Albertsons and it was $3 a pound on sale, but normally $4.10.for the same grade of hamburger. $7 a pound is very expensive for hamburger, and the steaks were just way overpriced. Double what they are at Fry's.

I'm really pulling for this place to be honest. I'm originally from the Midwest where butcher shops are all over, but they are kinda rare around here. I would much rather buy from a local butcher shop.
But double the cost and half the selection doesn't do anything for me. I really hope they reconsider their pricing/selection/and make the inside of the store more presentable. They need a minimum of 2 more meat coolers. For now I'll stick with Fry's and Albertsons. I'll revisit in a few months and see if anything is different. I really prefer a butcher shop to the grocery store, but this place is not currently an option.

This is a great place to get high quality meat. Everything I have purchased has been over the top. Highly recommended.
