The sales manager Eric is awesome. We were looking at a relatively small project and he treated us like we were a primary customer. He hit every deadline he set and was great at following up.

Receiver was very nice,the Guy helped me a lot,hands down!Dock is on main street ,realy not suitable for '53,must stop all traffic to backup,also don't turn behinde building, no turn around,no exit,"semi"-suicide! Good luck,if you choose to dock here.

If you’re delivering here it’s fast unloading and people are very nice the docks are located right Kearney road. Do not turn on N industrial park that’s not where the docks are located overall very professional.

I was quoted a price from EXT to MFG my product. After my first run, the cost went up significantly. In shopping around, I had quite a few quotes at the initial rate from EXT, so I moved my tool / mold to anther company.

My tool arrived held together with Bondo (this was a new tool that EXT had ordered on my behalf, and they were the only company to use it.) I am now having to repairing the tool. No one at EXT had notified me of this, and I needed this run processed right away. They also forgot to ship some of the equipment that accompanies the tool required to do the new run.

When I told EXT I was considering moving my business, I asked them for the for size and weight on my tool so I could obtain quotes. EXT gave inaccurate data, so the new manufacture was not able to provide a correct quote. It was off by 10 inches, and this was pretty significant to my cost.

The original person I worked with at EXT was amazing, he went to EXT on weekends to make sure the piece was running to expectations, he send constant update during my initial run, and took great care of us. This is quite sad for EXT, they lost the customer service and integrity I had come to expect of them.

I insist on manufacturing my product in the USA, and this was disappointing.
