Manuel and his brother are the best! Highly recommended. I called a few places for estimates on a Chimney Cricket to divert water away from the chimney flat spots. His guy was there the next day for a quick estimate, they were able to do the job a few days later. Completed it in a couple of hours. He gave me the different options for flashing material and told me what the job entails. Great work, no leaks and satisfied with the job. Pictures tell the story.

Twelve M.L. Best workers showed up at 7:00 am ready to get to work. They completed the roof replacement, plywood and all, by 3:30 pm. They used a drone to video the work that I could view. They were meticulous and left my house as clean as it was before the work. My neighbors were so impressed that two of them are now having their roof work done by M.L. Best also.

Manuel and his crew did an excellent job replacing a new roof on our house! I am so thankful that ML Best completed the job last week because our house would have been destroyed by the heavy rain and wind this week.

We enjoyed working with Manuel. Compared to the others, Manuel was the only one who climbed up to our roof to see the conditions and took some pics to show us. He recommended that we replaced all the plywood given the duration of the house and the fact that we had two roofs. Given the expense, we only wanted to replace the plywood as required/necessary and Manuel respected our decision. On the day of the work, we ended up replacing all the plywood anyway when we saw they were dilapidated and/or rotten.

Also, we picked ML Best because he had installed two new roofs for our friend's houses a few years ago and she was very pleased with the quality and workmanship. This friend of ours is extremely picky and demanding and her standard is very high and we trust her judgement.

Overall, Manuel was professional, honest and fair. Equally important, he was responsive and delivered what he promised. His crew was punctual and did great job cleaning up afterward. We are very pleased with our new roof and I highly recommend Manuel for the job if you need a new roof.

Wow. Just WOW! Roof in a day, all new skylights, gutter covers, new 5/8ths plywood, attic vents, and they even threw in a complimentary roof and skylight for my kids’ homemade clubhouse out back! Total professionals from start to finish!

I loved working with Manual and his guys at ML Best, this was our second time (different houses). We needed a new roof immediately to keep our insurance coverage. Manual was right on it, immediate site visit and quote, had our color of choice in stock, and got started within 48 hours. They were absolutely amazing! After moving into our new home, the last thing we were expecting to have to do was install a new roof. Unfortunately we started experiencing multiple leaks and began calling roofing companies. ML Best was the first company we called and they came (the owner) the same day within a few hours (on a Saturday)!

We received 5 estimates after ML Best provided us with an estimate and Manuel (owner) was the only person who truly took his time and explained everything to us. He was at our house for almost 2 hours inspecting the roof, inspecting the attic, and walking us through how and why certain things needed to be done. He also stayed in constant communication with us and was very responsive.

We decided to move forward with ML Best and they were able to get us on the schedule within 2 weeks. ML Best also had the most favorable financing terms for a project of this size - 0% over 4 years!

We have a 5,400 square foot roof which is a lot of roof (because our home is a ranch) and they completed the job in 2 days! They replaced all of the plywood and properly vented the attic by installing a fan in each attic (we have one on each side of our home). They also installed a ridge vent and replaced 2 sky lights. Manuel suggested the solar sky lights so we can open them with a remote which is awesome because we actually open our sky lights now! We also had an area of our roof that was a flat roof which was redone perfectly. Finally, we received an excellent warranty for our roof.

The crew was very professional and they cleaned everything up very well. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend ML Best to anyone who asks!

We just had ML Best Construction put on a new roof and gutters, and we can't rave about them enough.

They arrived promptly first thing in the morning with a complete crew and by the end of the day, the old roof and gutters were gone and the new roof and gutters were installed. The job came out fantastic! The cherry on top was the incredible clean up. It was as if they had never been there!

I received several quotes and think ML Best Construction's price was honest and fair.

The owner, Manuel explained the entire process and all the details on the quote. He was very communicative and responsive to any questions. On site, their foreman, David was overseeing every aspect of the job. Both Manual and David were quite pleasant to speak with.

All in all, we are extremely pleased and would highly recommend ML Best Construction to anyone that is looking for an excellent family owned roofing company.
