I would like to leave a comprehensive and fair review.

They installed all new cedar shingles on our exterior so it was for us a big and very expensive project. It looks fantastic and we get lost of compliments. Mike (owner or manager?) is available and responsive. Oscar (lead on site?) is knowledgeable and helpful. I do recommend being on site despite the noise and mess because then you can really work through the details (where you want the fixtures, etc.)

A few issues that made the experience fewer than five stars for us:
- quality control: some shingles were not up to par (they replaced upon request), some damage to the interior walls (they also fixed upon request but it was startling to find debris and cracks in our kids rooms!), and a broken window crank (they did attempt to fix but sadly I still can't get it to work)
- cleanup was not ideal: we are still finding nails years after work was completed (I think they are supposed to magnet check?), there is still glue on the roof which just doesn't look great, trash was left in outdoor bins that we don't have service for, interior boot marks from not wearing booties, etc.
- time: took a bit longer than expected because they only worked M-Th

I needed a good deal of exterior repairs to my home and met with many contractors for quotes. After meeting with Mike I knew I finally found the right company for my projects. They replaced and installed new soffits, identified a leak issue, installed new flashing, and more. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are very reasonably priced, reliable, easy to work with and are true professionals.
It’s a huge relief to have found them and I plan on using them whenever I need work done. I highly recommend them.

Huge praise for Long Island Construction Plus especially Michael and his extraordinary crew! These guys worked hard, with good humor. Our roof was a lot of work - many layers to remove. It looks amazing now. The crew did extensive clean up which is equally important. They were also extremely responsive and fair in the contracting process. As we phase in more work on our house we are calling them back!

Mike and crew were excellent. New roof including rip off of two layers of old shingle and replacement of some of the plywood was done in one day. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up impeccably. Our new roof looks great! Price was good and will definitely recommend Long Island Contruction to family and friends. My experience with this company was amazing. The price was good communication was excellent the job was done perfectly and the cleanup spotless. I've seen a few neighbors in the area also get their roofs replaced and can honestly say none look as good as mine does. Could not recommend Michael and his team enough

Great guys, all around! After looking at many options, we went w/ LI Construction for a roof on our new home. They were super accommodating (began the job a day after Christmas) and super diligent (yard was impeccably clean after each work day).

Long Island Construction replaced my roof. They are professional and work to agreed upon schedule. They removed my original shingle roof which is a messy job. They left my property and landscaping cleaner and more manicured then before they arrived. They should consider getting into landscaping. I am very satisfied and would use them again.
