I recently had Heartland gut my entire kitchen even replacing the flooring! The workmanship is incredible! The lead carpenter for this project went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied! Mouths drop when anyone enter our kitchen, it is a total transformation of a very modernized kitchen! Thank you Mike, Nathan, Josh and Aaron for the incredible workmanship! I might add through the entire remodel overall Heartland was very Prompt and adhered to the contract totally! Any future improvements I need will be done by Heartland! Thank you!

Heartland Home Improvements is in the final stages of an extensive remodeling project at our home. We raised a ceiling, expanded rooms by moving walls, replaced all flooring with either wood laminate (basement) or solid wood (main level), replaced all windows and doors and tiled all bathrooms throughout the house. As you can see, this is a major undertaking that is essentially renovating the entire house.

We went through the detailed planning process with Mike and his team and utilized Nathan (designer) to help us design several aspects of the kitchen and great room. It has been approximately a year since we first began the design, determined costs and wrote the contract. In these days of supply chain issues, inflation, labor shortages and the normal hurdles that one will face with a project of this scope, The Heartland team has always been responsive, honest and fair when addressing any and all concerns or questions. The customer service and immediate response throughout our remodel journey by Mike, Nathan, Josh, Cheri, Matt, Blake and Jimmy has been excellent at every level. Even when you know the team has a lot on their plate, they make you feel like your concern is the most important thing they are dealing with at the time. This is an admirable trait in a time of deteriorating service levels and failure to take care of the customer.

We have every expectation as our long project soon comes to completion, that we will be thrilled for years to come as we appreciate, and live in, our newly renovated forever home. If you are considering a home remodel project big or small, we highly recommend that you contact Heartland Home Improvement and let them show you what they can do. We are certainly glad that we did!

Heartland Home Improvements did a kitchen renovation for us and it was an aggressive renovation. They exceeded our wildest dreams and gave us the kitchen we've always wanted. Their builder, Dave, was communicative from start to finish and led us through the process by answering any and all of our questions. He was prompt and worked hard and we're excited to have our new kitchen.

We had Heartland design and construct a front porch addition, hang new siding and new windows. The cost was more than we expected at first, but they worked with us to see where we could "compromise" and ended up with a budget we both agreed upon. At the end of the project, the cost was exactly what they said it would be. I have worked with many contractors where you get the bill a month after the project is finished, and it's 150/200% higher than the number you thought.

Other than financials, the craftsmanship was excellent. I'm very happy with the work and the quality.

Last, they have an in-house drafter/designer (Nathan) that will show you what your project will look like (to-scale) at no cost to you. Nathan was the starting point and we loved working with him. I had interviewed architects/designers before calling Heartland and they wanted $3,000-$5,000 just for a drawing. Heartland has the designer and computer software in-house to allow clients to see the finished product.

Both TJ (the interior worker) and Curtis (the outside guy) did very nice jobs and promptly got things underway and done. I had to have them come back on the porch (not their fault) and they did so promptly and without complaint. I also found these folks to be totally honest and I have no qualms wanting them to do more work for me.
I did not bother with getting multiple bids for these jobs, but I think pricing is reasonable as was job-site time. There was no wasted time and everybody was very pleasant to get along with. Very nice to work with a contractor like this!

I needed a driveway and deck accomplished for the sale of a home. The work was very well done at a reasonable price, and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Heartland to others for remodeling and home repair, as once they begin work they stay at it till you are satisfied. There is one caveat to be aware of, and that is schedule. Be prepared for a wait as they likely have jobs scheduled ahead that they are committed to first.

Professional demeanor by all teammates. Work was done quickly and expertly. I don't remember our window installers names but they were very good. Josh came to fix up the plaster and had no hesitation about his job and the work looks excellent.
We realized in July that the window needed replaced. We called 3 other companies before yours was recommended to us. One company never showed up to do the estimate, the other two came to measure for estimates but never followed through. We are very pleased with your company and will highly recommend you.
