This company is amazing. Went to a couple of studios but landed in the Scottsdale studio this weekend and had an amazing experience. Staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help us as we made our decision. We met with Adam the first day and asked a ton of questions. Scheduled a test drive appointment for the following day. I am a very big car enthusiast that has driven cars up to 2500 hp and I was so impressed. Because of my experience with Adam Rauch and the actual car I decided to pull the trigger. So excited and can not wait for delivery.

Terrible experience. Don’t come before your appointment time you’re going to waste your time…I checked in day before appointment. They put me on wait list and I never got a call. Came back tomorrow 15 minutes before my appointment time and got a door. Waited 4 hours to get unloaded. This company doesn’t respect truck drivers “period”

I arrived early for my 10 AM appointment and was allowed in by security. However, when I went to check in at the driver entrance near Dock 28, I was told I was too early and was asked to leave and return at 9:45 AM. After waiting in the dirt lot, I checked in again at 9:45 and was assigned Dock 18.

What followed was a frustrating and unacceptable wait of over 7 hours for them to unload me. Their excuse was that they had no space and needed to make room, but I watched other trucks, who arrived after me, get unloaded before me. The lack of organization and communication cost me an entire day, making me lose my next load.

This place is terribly inefficient, and the workers seem more interested in wasting time than doing their jobs. I strongly recommend that drivers avoid this facility if they want to protect their time and avoid unnecessary hassle.

They took forever i lost my shift here they don’t have space to unload but they have clean restrooms good staff only bad thing very slow keep you waiting forever

Attention To semi-Truck and Cargo Van drivers(Especially for deliveries):
The company is closed on weekend for deliveries. If the security guard let you through but the check-IN office will be closed.
They open on Monday at 6am.

The employees here always slacking off they don't care about drivers courtesy. They take more then 5 hours to unload you. Your appt time is anything around morning opening and you leave the place at 5pm or 7pm afternoon. This is outrageous.

it ridiculous to see how you waste you time seating in you truck waiting at dock 7:00 hour and still counting to get unload no respect for the CDL driver there driver next to me 5:5 hour waiting still counting lucid AMP-1
