I recently contracted Innovative Construction Designs on a Vinyl flooring project, along with the renovation of my stairs as well as some carpeting, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Communication was top-notch; they kept me informed throughout the entire process, addressing any questions or concerns I had promptly and thoroughly. The crew was not only professional but also friendly and respectful, making the whole experience enjoyable. They showed up on time every day, and their attention to detail was impeccable.

The quality of the flooring installation and the stair renovation is simply outstanding. The Innovative crew arrived on time. They were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions. What was really helpful was how they instructed me on when and how to change my furnace filters, where to purchase them and how often to service my new A/C and heating system. Innovative Construction are a few weeks into a large, diverse home renovation. including our kitchen, both bathrooms, converting a w/d area into a studio, adding a beam to a very high ceiling, replacing all interior doors, and 100 other things. The list keeps growing! The entire crew has been very courteous, which has been appreciated as we are still living in the home during the renovation. Carlos and Moises have been here throughout the weeks. I continue to be amazed at their variety of skills and attention to detail. Ray and Ray Jr. have recently completed the complicated project of replacing an old tub with a new jacuzzi-type tub. Mickey, Juan, and Angel have been here for a variety of projects, including replacement of all interior doors and painting. Doug has been managing the schedule and the crew. I appreciate his sensitivity to our family dynamics and my constant changes and additions. The entire Innovative crew has raised the bar!!! In addition to putting up with three dogs, two children, and my complicated schedule, the entire crew has been kind, polite, english-speaking, quick to clean up, never a cuss word, and enjoy my worship music. I have been blessed to have them in our home.

Innovative has knocked it out of the park again. They first remodeled our bathroom a couple of years ago and have now redone our entire kitchen. Turned our kitchen into a dream kitchen. I'm sure they'll be doing another project for us soon.

Greg and his team at Innovative Construction Designs did a great job on the renovation of my current home. He remodeled my kitchen, two bathrooms and installed flooring and painted our entire home. He is always readily available to help when needed. About a year after our renovation, we encounter a slab leak in our kitchen and again Gregs team responded and helped us through a difficult situation. He worked with our insurance adjuster and completed the job very quickly. I also required Greg's teams service for a kitchen renovation on a rental home I have in La Quinta. Having renters can sometimes be difficult, especially when something goes wrong in the home. His team responded very quickly multiple times, when we had an issue with with the A/C unit in that home. A quick response is critical the La Quinta as the temperature commonly reaches above 115 degrees in the summer months. As a landlord, it is a great feeling to know you have someone who will respond to a problem at moments notice in a situation like that. I would highly recommend Innovative Construction Designs for any renovation or maintenance needs.

Greg and his team did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. Very clean and good work . Extremely professional and kept communication with me throughout the whole process and kept to the timeline. His pricing is very fair. I didn’t feel like I was being gouged like some other contractors. Will be calling him again soon for more Upgrades.
