This company is horrible with management. They don't allow the younger generation opportunites that they deserve even if they are hard workers because management is lazy and doesn't want to give up their comfy jobs. They know absolutely NOTHING about semi conductors but if you know anything about it, they make you feel dumb for having concerns. You will be put on a "pip" without any prior talks for a year with NO possibility for a raise within that time. If management doesn't like you, it doesn't matter how hard of worker you are. Be careful of Heather and Jen. Jen hardly worked and when she was actually physically at work, she would arrive after employees and leave before the shift ended. But expects you to do all the hard work. Must be nice. Heather will pretend to be your friend and at the same time report you to management. Be careful of her. These are older women. Shame on you

What a horrible company! Obviously from the many reviews, they treat their employees horribly. I have the misfortune of living near this place. They produce near 24/7 obnoxious noises, power tools and heavy construction constantly. No concern for the extremely loud noises they continuously and carelessly produce at all hours of the day and night. ?

NXP is a racist Competitor and has an Amazon like attitude to everyone including you. So if you like to feel like you are expendable, go ahead and do business with NXP. I recommend everyone stay away from this company and their business model.
