I usually don’t leave negative comments on Google. This lab having one really rude female reception who refuses to help and had really bad attitude towards everyone. She will cut you off while you are talking and redirect you to a different unrelated department before she understands what you need. My vet has been calling back and forth due to her unprofessional response and yet not able to trace where the file is located. I am not sure if this worker understands how much the owners paid for doing this rabies titer test. I am sure she doesn’t value other people’s time. She also doesn’t care about these test results time matters to everyone. She cannot even talk normally as a regular person. Not mentioning she is not willing to help my vet her client on anything. This is shameful to have one of the employees who doesn’t value your clients and being rude all the time. This is a terrible representative of a university lab. She is not qualified as a front desk worker. If she is not happy about her job, she should just walk away and find a job that can make her happy.

Awesome Lab! Extremley helpful always. Never any issues- I want to touch on the 1 star review actually. We have been using this lab for years and years (we are in Canada and we have to send our FAVN samples here as well). It has always been a 6-8 week wait time. The STAT option was possible before but due to the overwhelming amount of people who are needing this test done and the staffing shortage crisis it is not possible at this time. Keep up the great work you all! 🙂

If you are hoping for your pet’s rabies titer test for flight in the era of COVID-19, know that this lab takes incredibly long to return results (and it’s unfortunately the only US lab processing cat rabies titers currently.) We were told average wait time would be 2-3 weeks, but have waited nearly two months for our cat’s rabies titer results with no communication from the lab to our vet. Ultimately we are unable to take our pet due to this lab’s non communication and irresponsible delays. Wish we would have known before wasting time and money. A stressful experience.
