I farm in NCKS. I used jade to work on our leg and to redo spouts. I was very clear that I wanted a quality job, which I paid for but did not get.

Two years after having the spouts replaced one spout began leaking below the splice where they welded the pieces of spouting together. I texted Dale the owner and heard nothing back. So I hired a boom truck and fixed it myself and decided I wouldn’t worry about it unless I had more issues. Then 2 years later (this wheat harvest) the transition pieces below the cushion box began leaking and the same spout began to leak above the splice at the weld. I called Dale and told him what happened and he all he did was make excuses. I should not be having these issues for the amount of bushels that flow the spout. I texted him pictures and tried to contact him several different times with no luck.
