Great locally owned shop. A group of us Canadians were in town for a golf trip. Had looked around to find some pasture raised, grain finished beef, which is generally well marbled. We did not have much luck until we met Al. I wanted rib eyes cut from the chuck end. Many butcher shop staff don’t even know what you are talking about. Al had the steaks ready as promised, and the quality was extremely good. Grilled them tonight, and they were flavorful and super tender. They were not even Prime! If you are looking for an excellent grain finished cut of beef, you need not look any further. Price was on point for this quality as well. Thanks Al. We will be back.

Called and ordered Meatballs and Marinara sauce for a company party, Not only was everything fresh and delicious! He explained how to best cook them and the quality ingredients that were used. Called ahead and checked if they had what I needed. They cut a bone in pork shoulder to size I requested and was ready and waiting when I visited. The meat is beautiful with great marbling and a nice fat cap. Always A++++ service here.

Very friendly staff, great turkey and roast beef lunch meat. Tried filets of beef 1st time and they are absolutely amazing. Sweet sausage patties and breakfast sausage are good also. Tomorrow trying the pork chops! I'll definitely make this a regular stop.

What a fantastic meat market, we stopped in to buy ribeyes for my Birthday dinner and ended up buying much more, and we will definitely go back because the meat is fantastic and it's close to home, thats a bonus !!

I don't usually review post reviews but the people at this meat market were awesome. I bought Rib-eye meat which was great, they recommended some family recipe spaghetti sauce which was awesome, bacon burgers were great. Thank you guys for taking the time to show me everything. Great people.

Last week I was in Arizona. I have a Mast Cell issue and have to be extremely careful with the meat I purchase and eat. A family friend recommend Als Meat to me.. Al was amazing. Not only did he cut and freeze what I needed for me that day, but the quality was top notch. Best Ribeyes I've had ever. I've been using the same farmers market here in MN for over 4 years, I'm now wishing I could find that meat locally here in MN.
