Returned from a trip and our unit was not heating. Of course, coldest week of the year. Contacted on Monday, they came out on Tuesday, parts ordered. Returned on Friday with parts....around 4pm. Didn't stay real long, I guess long enough to get the parts on. But, after 10 minutes of leaving no HEAT again. Left message, Monday I am sure they will call back. Back to the electric blankets. Lucky, next week is warmer.

From inspection, to quoting, to install, working with Lee’s Cooling and Heating was a breeze. Professional and knowledgeable staff made making a big, and expensive, decision an easy one. A quote for a new system was received shortly after the inspection and all questions were answered with direct and easy to understand answers.

Scheduling install was just as smooth. Lee’s Cooling and Heating had the system I needed on hand which cut down the delay on getting the new system put in.

The installation team showed up promptly on the scheduled morning. They were kind and knowledgeable and let me know what to expect from the installation day. When they were finished, they walked me through my new system, answered any questions and went over the paperwork with me. The team cleaned up their workspace and left me knowing they were a team to trust with my HVAC needs.

The new Lennox system installed runs like a dream. The system is located outside of my bedroom window, and it doesn’t make even the slightest sound.

Lee's Cooling and Heating were very professional and worked with my busy work schedule, getting me in for a bid on my lunch break, and into their office for financing on a new heating and cooling system over another lunch break. Then, to my surprise, they were able to come out two days early and put in the new unit on my day off because they squeezed me into their busy schedule, so I didn't have to sacrifice another lunch break this week, or go another two days without air conditioning. They were really friendly and professional, and explained everything they were doing. It wasn't exactly cheap, but at least they offer financing. My wife and I stopped by Lee's Cooling and Heating to look into getting a new air conditioning unit. We had previously been running four window units to cool our house and it just wasn't cutting it. Lee's professional staff set an appointment for us and did a demonstration on how each unit worked. They compared cost of operating the units and the different features of each unit. We picked out one that we liked and they promptly installed it at our house. As excited as we were to have it installed, something wasn't quite right. Through our digital thermometer we are able to monitor the humidity levels in the house. They were staying too high! The crew was dispatched to the house shortly after we reported the problem. They were able to trouble shoot and discover an error in our old duct work. Once they repaired the duct work the unit operated as advertised. It has been the best investment of the year! Great products and great service.
