I haul dry bulk. I have been sitting here for 13 hour's. I am still sitting here. Unknown how much longer I will be here. There is limited employees to see what is going on and when I will be unloaded. I had 2 appointment times and both were hour's ago. Kip

Delivering is never quick or easy, same with pickups. Only one person checking in at a time 15min minimum per person and you can’t hear anything because of the mill being directly behind you. Once I I’m checked in I have to head back out to another set of docks but I’m now blocked by trailers checking. So another 5-10. Drop off one pallet shouldn’t take an hour+

This place was amazing! I arrived early the night before my appointment. My appointment wasn't until the next day at@ 2pm. I called the shipping department to notify them if I can get worked on early. They said that I can get checked in as early as 6am the they of, and they will try to work me in. I checked at 605am and was able to get docked and worked on right away! There's also a hugh staging area across the street just by the guard shack, which makes it very convenient for me to stay the night before. I highly recommend thus facility. Great job 👏 👍 shipping team!!

After reading the reviews before going here to load I was a little concerned. I arrived a little before my appointment time and was promptly assigned a door. Less than an hour later I was rolling out the gate. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Andrew you are doing a remarkable job. Thanks for caring and trying to make your company a better place to go to.

It is one of the best places where I like to go as a truck driver. Friendly and helpful staff. If the product is ready, they'll load you early. Never had any issues here.

They just want you to on time but they don’t respect your time and your Long Book time they take 6 7 hours to load you and they don’t have restroom facility very bad and poor facility
